How do I make a payment?
There are two payment options, as follows:

Can I get a transfer to / from the airport?
If you are arriving, or departing, on the main conference dates (i.e. arrival on 21 March and departing on 30 March) then yes, we will transfer you!
I am arriving a day before the conference, can I book accommodation for that night?
Yes! Pre and post accommodation is available. You can book this via the registration page.
I am interested in coming to the Triennial with my partner. How included in the program will they be? Do partners normally participate in the full conference?
We welcome partners to join us! Our programme has been designed to be all inclusive and has special tours each day with partners in mind. Each day there are three tours to choose from. Two are generally agri / farmer specific and one is a ‘lighter’ option with sight seeing or general visits.
Do partners get to choose which field trips they can do?
Absolutely! When you register online you can both choose your own tour options. You register first and select all your tours and then add your partner as an 'additional attendee' and select their tour options.
What if I dont want to participate in a tour? Can I do my own thing?
Of course! We are happy for people to have ‘time off’ from the tour and have a free morning or afternoon if they wish.
Are there organised night activities on the Triennial Tour?
Yes! Each evening we have a dinner planned, some nights will be very casual and others more formal. There is one free evening in the programme so you can do your own thing.
What is included in my package?
Full Triennial Tour: Inclusive of the full Triennial Tour (Christchurch, Tekapo, Queenstown) + Agribusiness Summit + all meals + social events + transport + accommodation + field trips
Full Triennial and Technical Tour: Inclusive of the full Triennial Tour (Christchurch, Tekapo, Queenstown) + Agribusiness Summit + Post Technical Tour + all meals + social events + transport + accommodation + field trips
Triennial Tour Part ONE: Inclusive of Triennial Tour (Christchurch only) + Agribusiness Summit + all meals + social events + transport + accommodation + field trips
Will you cancel the event due to the Coronavirus?
We recognise it is an uncertain time globally and are continually assessing the situation and risk in New Zealand but unless there is a major change to the current situation, the Nuffield2020 event will go ahead.
What is the cancellation policy?
Unfortunately we are now very close to the start of the event and have financial commitments with all our suppliers, and in many cases full payments have been made.
Cancellation policy is as follows;
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat – email@example.com
For any cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the event, there will be no refunds and full payment for any outstanding invoices is required.
Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise our secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org of any name change for administration purposes.
